The film choices are as follows: A. The Bystander Moment B. Date Rape Backlash C. It Was Rape D. Rape Myths on Trial You should then respond to the following prompts: 1. Provide a brief summary of the film (1 paragraph) 2. What was your overall reaction to the film? This may include a description of what you learned, what you believed the strengths and weaknesses of the film were, a description of whether of not you believed that the film was slanted and if so, in what direction, etc. (1 paragraph) 3. Provide two policy recommendations (backed by the scholarly literature) that would seek to reduce sexual assault victimization in the U.S. To receive full credit you must respond to two other posts. These responses need to go beyond just agreeing with your peers and actually bring something new to the discussion (i.e. ask questions, clarify concepts, debate, bring in outside material, etc.).
